How do I place an order on the Urban Farm-It shop?

If you’re a guest to this website you can simply to go the shop and add items to your cart. If you’re a member, please login to purchase anything, as this will make it easier when you shop – as the system will remember your details.

How do I create my own Urban Farm-It account?

All you have to do is register as a member by going to the ‘Register’ page OR you can purchase something as a guest and you’ll become a member that way too. So next time you’ll be able to login and order without having to add all your details again.

Do I need to link my bank account?

No, you don’t need to link your bank account and our website does not hold any payment details linked to your account. All payments are done through our website via well known third-party sites like PayPal or Stripe. This keeps all payments encrypted and secure.

How do I track my order?

We currently email you with updates on where your order is after you’ve made payment. Once you receive an email that your item is shipped, tracking from there depends on whether which shipping option you’ve chosen.

How do I manage my account?

You can manage your account by selecting the ‘My Account’ page in the members menu at the top of the page (on desktop) and within the menu on mobile. This is where you can update your password or email. You can also access ‘My Profile’ which allows you to see your posts and any comments you’ve made on other member’s posts.

How secure is the members area?

Our members area is protected by security software and our website is hosted using an SSL certificate. We do our upmost to protect your data at all times. Please ensure you don’t share your password with anyone. If you lose your login details, you can reset them at any time by going to the ‘Login’ page and selecting ‘Forgot your password?’. Please follow the instructions to reset your login. If you have any issues, then use our form on this page to contact us.

How do I cancel my account?

You simply go to the ‘My Account’ page and select the ‘Delete Account’ tab. You are then asked to enter your password to confirm you want to delete your Urban Farm-It account. Once submitted all your data will be removed from this website.
