The Brown Button Mushroom is also known in its later stages about the portobello mushroom. This strain will produce small fruits, with tight dark brown caps, that have a more earthy flavour than their White Button Mushroom counterpart. They are great for slow cooking in stews or as part of a pasta dish.
Our spawn boasts a very low generational count. The lower the generation of the spawn, the nearer to the original spore sample, so at only the fourth generation, this spawn is guaranteed to be both high-quality and dependable.
All of our spawn is also stored in specialist breathable Microsac bags. This means that the spawn is always at its freshest, from our fridges to yours.
