Oyster mushrooms are commonly used in Japanese, Korean and Chinese cuisine. Some say oyster mushrooms taste similar to oysters as well as resembling them.
One study has shown that consumption of oyster mushroom extracts can even be beneficial to your health by reducing cholesterol levels.
Our spawn is stored in optimum conditions using specialist breathable bags. This means that the organism is always at its healthiest and ready for inoculation.

- Produces enormous meaty caps and vibrant pink colour
- We recommend a storage temperature of no lower than 10 C
