Our yellow-gold oyster mushrooms are popular in high end oriental cooking. They’re also a tasty addition to a steak dinner and fantastic as a dish on their own!

They are a sub-tropical asian variety that carry not only a light and fresh scent, but they also have a similar flavour to cashew nuts and very delicate texture when thrown into a pan with oil.

Our growing kits offer valuable learning as well as a huge amount of joy and satisfaction to have produced your own farm with very low expense. Our kit includes everything you need to grow your mushrooms right away, you’ll be an expert grower in no time!

We recommend a storage temperature of no more than 5 C
