Why Choose Fresh Lion's Mane?
Choosing dried Lion’s Mane supports foodservice operations that prioritise quality, efficiency, and ingredient longevity. Carefully dried to preserve its structure and functional compounds, it offers a concentrated flavour and meaty texture once rehydrated, making it highly adaptable in professional kitchens. Dried Lion’s Mane performs exceptionally well in centre-of-plate plant-based dishes, chef-driven specials, and visually led menus, while providing the added benefit of extended shelf life and reduced waste. It is especially well suited for in-house extraction, broths, powders, and functional recipe development, giving operators a versatile, nutrient-dense ingredient that maximises both culinary impact and functional value.

Flavour Profile
Lion’s Mane mushrooms have a delicate, slightly sweet flavour, with the earthiness common in mushrooms.
