Developed in partnership between Sac02 and Mycelia, the SacO2 Zipper Filter Mushroom Growing Bags are recognised for their top-tier contamination resistance. This bag combines the best of both worlds: the robust protection of a HEPA filter and the unique requirements of mushroom cultivation.

Featuring a HEPA-like filtration system, the bag is composed of hydrophobic, randomly arranged fibres. This design ensures a long filtration path, effectively trapping microorganisms and offering the highest efficiency in air purification, paralleling the efficacy of HEPA filters.

Part of the acclaimed Microsac range, the bag's zipper filter design enhances gas exchange while providing unrivalled protection from microbial threats and mycelial damage. The inclusion of a microperforated plastic film between the filter and substrate prevents dry-out zones and significantly increases yield.

Constructed from durable polypropylene, these bags are ideal for both hobbyists and commercial growers. They can endure autoclave temperatures up to 123°C (253°F), maintaining strength and effectiveness even after rigorous sterilisation.
